REALTOR®Hi, I’m Fred Wienecke—a REALTOR®, community advocate, and someone who genuinely believes that real estate is about people first. I work throughout Western Pennsylvania, helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with clarity, confidence, and a little bit of humor along the way. With deep experience in both residential real estate and property management, I offer my clients practical insights into home value, maintenance, upgrades, tenant considerations, and long-term equity growth. Outside of real estate, I’m heavily involved in supporting local veterans through my nonprofit Operation Griswold, a year-round community effort honoring and assisting those who served. My work and my life are grounded in service—whether that’s helping someone find the right home or supporting the people who’ve given so much for ours.
