About Katelyn Dominelli

I’m proud to have been born and raised in Ellwood City, where my family still resides and invests in real estate throughout Lawrence County. Alongside my work as a REALTOR®, my husband and I own and operate D4 Investment Properties, LLC, and D4 Remodeling. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll often find me traveling with my family or enjoying time with our St. Bernards, Summer and Wynter.

 

I have a true passion for transforming distressed homes and utilizing my eye for design to help my clients look beyond surface details to see a home’s full potential—or spot its hidden challenges. My background also includes a Master of Science in Psychology and over 20 years of experience in clinical and management roles, giving me a unique perspective on communication and problem-solving.

 

From my very first full year in real estate, I’ve been honored to reach multimillion-dollar producer status annually. Career highlights include being named the Board of REALTORS® “Rookie of the Year” in 2018, appearing on the cover of Top Agent Magazine in 2019, receiving Keller Williams’ regional “Cultural Icon” Award in 2023 for living out our values of integrity, commitment, and success, and achieving the Double Platinum Sales Award in 2024 for exceptional production. In 2025, I built a real estate team to keep up with our rapid growth and better serve the needs of our growing client family.
