As the Productivity Coach, I have the privilege of mentoring new and developing agents—helping them gain confidence, create consistency, and build momentum through accountability and support. Watching others grow and reach new levels of success is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
My family and I have bought and sold more homes (and moved more times!) than I can count. Those experiences have given me a deep understanding of what buyers and sellers go through—and what truly matters to them.
