About Marrae Hill

Marrae Hill is a dynamic real estate professional, investor, and entrepreneur licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Washington, DC. She is the founder of MJ Empire Capital, a rapidly growing multi-state property management company, and the Co-Founder of Hill Real Estate Group, a family-owned business powered by Keller Williams Steel City. With more than a decade of experience, Marrae has built an impressive portfolio spanning residential, multifamily, and commercial properties — managing over 200 units while helping clients and investors expand and protect their real estate portfolios.

 

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Marrae began her real estate career in 2013, joining forces with her mother, Joy Hill, under Keller Williams. Their shared passion for service and generational wealth inspired the launch of Hill Real Estate Group, which soon became a true family enterprise when her sister Kalynn and brother Justin joined the team. Over the years, the Hill family has proudly guided more than 250 families and investors in buying, selling, and building wealth through real estate.

 

To continue serving her investor clients at the highest level, Marrae founded MJ Empire Capital Property Management, providing end-to-end services including leasing, maintenance, accounting, compliance, and tenant relations across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and DC. As an investor herself, she understands the mindset of her clients — specializing in multifamily acquisitions, BRRRR strategy, and Section 8/HCV housing while building long-term systems for scale and success.
